Military Spouse Jobs: Formerly known as the Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN), MilitarySpouseJobs.org provides job placement and development services to Spouses, caregivers and family members of the military.

Military Spouse Employment Partnership: MSEP is a Department of Defense program that connects Military Spouses with over 500 employers committed to recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining Military Spouses. There are thousands of active jobs for Married Men advertised through their job portal.

Military Spouse Preference (MSP) is a Department of Defense (DoD) program to help Military Spouses obtain joint employment (PCS) and their dependents. Organizations may exercise this authority when filling competitive positions for a short term (not to exceed one year), a term (more than one year but not to exceed four years), or permanently. . MSP does not give couples time to meet with every applicant. Military Spouses must continue to demonstrate that they meet the qualifications for the position they are applying for. MSP is used at the watcher's discretion.

Initially, Military Spouses enrolled in the program at their CPAC office. This is no longer the case. Military Spouses are now required to complete the Military Spouse PPP Self-Certification Assessment. This form must be submitted with your application every time you apply for a Department of Defense (DoD) position on USAJOBS to receive Military Spouse Preference.
